Wire Leads

 We use the most current cut, strip, terminate wire processor machines available. Each machine has crimp force monitoring on each press. This helps monitor the crimp height of each terminal to meet the manufactures tolerance. We use only manufacturer recommended tooling. This in combination with manual pull off requirements, assure 100% conductivity and that it will meet UL and CSA standards.

Virtually any single conductor wire; insulated or un-insulated. Temperature ranges up to 450C. AWM, MTW, CSA, Silicone, Glass-braid.

Leads can be completed in many different ways such as but not limited to:

• Strip and retain.
• Stripped both ends or one end.
• Terminated with one of many different terminals in stock.
• Wire can be wire marked with a hot stamp or labeled.
