Cirris continuity tester
It can test up to 256 test points and it is capable of testing continuity, resistance, shorts, hipot, capacitance and diodes.
The tester is set up with a known good harness which will be saved and tested against on future orders for that harness. we currently test over 7k wire harnesses using the Cirris tester.
Wire crimp pull tester
We follow UL 486 guidelines for pull test requirements. Testing is done by calibrated digital pull off testers.
Crimp force analysis
The main function of analysis is to be a process monitor and to detect variations along the crimp force signature curve that are within the manufacturer's specifications.
